Therapeutic Notes

These last couple of days have been filled with uncalled-for moods. Something just doesn't feel right. I was supposed to go out with friends tonight but I decided I just needed a night in to relax. I can't decide whether that was a good or bad idea but here I am blogging and shopping on itunes. I just can't express how much I love music...especially on days like this. So distracting, and calming. It also reminds me of how much I miss dance. Maybe, I'll go dance this evening.
